The liner, (or contact surface), is made of a clear, chemically inert, low-density polyethylene (LDPE) material. The outer shell is manufactured from high-purity ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), which gives superior flexibility and clarity along with good burst strength.

While Chem-A-Line and Chem-A-Line XL are made of the same base materials, Chem-A-Line XL is gamma-irradiated, which cross-links the material for even greater thermal, chemical and mechanical performance. Chem-A-Line is certified and it can resist attack from most solvents. It is plasticizer free and REACH compliant. Chem-A-Line has excellent barrier characteristics along with very low gas and liquid permeability. It works well with compression and other types of push-on fittings.

Chem-A-Line meets the most stringent criteria for bio-pha maceutical product transfer. They are also widely used in the water and printing industries.

DairyFlow milk tubing is engineered to address the specific needs of dairy farmers who work with raw milk hoses day in and day out. After listening carefully to milk producers, Techflex, Inc. has developed what we feel is the finest raw milk tubing available today.

About one-third lighter than other raw milk transfer tubing, DairyFlow hoses are easier to lift and move. Our advanced material remains extremely flexible in sub-freezing conditions, which extends hose utility in colder months. Because DairyFlow hoses are highly resistant to sanitizing chemicals and to temperatures, they are extremely long lasting. Unlike traditional silicone and rubber milk tubing, DairyFlow has superior tear resistance and does not shed carbon.

Techflex, Inc. takes milk quality and ecological concerns very seriously. Our DairyFlow tubing material is plasticizer-free, meaning it contains no phthalates which are known to cause environmental and health issues. In addition, we certify that we use no animal derived lubricants in the manufacturing process, as these can potentially cause contamination of finished milk.

Techflex BrewFlow is a co-extruded tubing constructed of Thermoplastic Vulcanizate developed for the Pharmaceutical Industry. The highly kink proof and compression resistance outer wall maintains flexibility in the cold temperatures while our ultra-white liner material provides ultimate chemical resistance with virtually no odor.
