This 4-Way HDMI Switcher is designed to enable the user to switch between any of the four connected HDMI sources to send video and audio to a single HDMI display. The EL-8100V 5 by 2 multi-format scaling switcher provides HDMI, USB-C, and VGA inputs which can be freely selected for output at a scaled resolution of the user’s choosing over the mirrored HDMI and HDBaseT outputs. The HDMI and USB-C ports support resolutions up to 4K@60 (4:4:4, 8-bit) while the HDBaseT output supports automatic colour subsampling of 4K50/60 (4:4:4) sources to 4K50/60 (4:2:0). The VGA inputs support resolutions up to WUXGA.

The MA-401 is a 4×1 HDMI switcher with a built-in 20w Stereo Amplifier providing high performance audio and video support, including HDR and ARC, making it ideally suited for residential or corporate installations. Up to four high-bandwidth (18Gbps) HDMI sources may be routed to the local HDMI output with support for automatic input switching. Pass-through of multiple digital audio formats such as LPCM 7.1, Bitstream and advanced HD Bitstream with audio sampling rates up to 192kHz are supported at the HDMI output.

This unit also contains a specialized IR learning and smart-routing functionality. IR codes from each of the connected sources' remotes can be learned and then recalled using this unit’s dedicated remote control, or the iOS / Android mobile device app. Intelligent IR routing ensures that only the IR signals appropriate to the source being viewed are used by the dedicated remote control while the mobile device app provides the ability to send IR commands to control any connected source and the TV itself. IR command sets may also be uploaded or downloaded to/from the unit via XML files.
